In 2004 a further ten countries officially became part of the European Union, the biggest enlargement in its history. The Arrivals programme, a joint project between Modern Art Oxford and Turner Contemporary to mark the occasion and welcome the new countries, was presented in ten parts across two sites over a two-year period.
