Drawing on archives and using the formal and conceptual strategy of collage, Maljkovic works in film, sculpture and installation to exploring the relationship between the past and present through abstract structures and digital effects.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn his work, Maljkovic continually draws on materials from his own archive to create collages which evoke the layered nature of contemporary media. The image in this edition is drawn from Maljkovic's \u003cem\u003eNew Reproductions, \u003c\/em\u003ea sculpture containing a series of vertically aligned trays which revealed a layered collage of images when opened and which featured Modern Art Oxford’s second exhibition \u003cem\u003eA Moment of Grace \u003c\/em\u003ein KALEIDOSCOPE, Modern Art Oxford’s 50th anniversary year programme in 2016.
